References to “Within Earth”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Within Earth and its affiliated offices. References to “you” or “your” mean the agency, company, or individual accessing our website or contracting for Services.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, including reviewing destinations, experiences, and contacting us for proposals.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with site operation, scrape content at scale without permission, or use the site in any way that could harm Within Earth, our partners, or other users.

Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a written proposal, quotation, or contract issued by Within Earth.

Quotes may exclude taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, and third-party charges unless itemised. Currency, exchange-rate, and supplier cost changes may affect pricing until fully confirmed.

Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and cancellation fees will be set out in your proposal or contract. Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of Services.

Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the suppliers and products included in your programme. Specific terms will be stated in your confirmation documents.

If you cancel or significantly change a confirmed booking, you may be liable for deposits, supplier penalties, and Within Earth’s reasonable administration costs.

If we cancel a Service for reasons within our control (other than force majeure), we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of amounts paid for undelivered Services, as applicable.

Travellers and contracting partners are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and compliance with entry and local requirements for each destination.

Within Earth may provide guidance where possible, but final responsibility for travel documentation and fitness to travel remains with you and the travellers.

You must provide accurate guest, passenger, and programme information in good time. Delays or errors in information may affect supplier bookings and related costs.

All website content, branding, logos, text, imagery, videos, itineraries, and materials created or published by Within Earth remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent, except for reasonable internal use related to evaluating or promoting a Within Earth proposal to your clients.

Our Services often rely on independent hotels, transport providers, venues, guides, and other suppliers. While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Within Earth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or Services.

Within Earth is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, severe weather, or supplier insolvency.

In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule, modify, or otherwise manage the affected Services where reasonably possible.

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as needed to respond to enquiries and deliver travel or event programmes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Within Earth’s head office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, unless a written contract with you specifies a different governing law.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
